Paint Buddy ("we," "our," or "us") provides a colour-matching and hobby paint reference application. This policy explains how we handle information when you use Paint Buddy.

Information We Collect

• Google Account Information: When you sign in with Google, we receive basic profile details such as your name, email address, and profile picture.
• Apple ID Information: When you sign in with Apple, we receive your name and email address (or Apple's private relay email if you choose to hide your email).
• App Usage Data: We store data such as your owned paints, wishlist, and preferences in Firebase Firestore.
• Subscription Data: Subscription status is managed by RevenueCat. We do not store payment information — all payments are processed by Apple.

How We Use Information

• To authenticate you and personalise your experience.
• To save and sync your paint collection securely in Firebase.
• To verify your subscription status via RevenueCat.
• To improve app features and stability.

Data Storage and Security

All user data is stored using Google Firebase services located in secure data centres. Subscription data is managed by RevenueCat. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties.

Your Choices

• You can disconnect Google Sign-In at any time via your Google Account settings.
• You can stop using Apple Sign-In via Settings → Apple ID → Password & Security → Sign in with Apple.
• You can cancel your subscription at any time via Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
• To request deletion of your stored data, contact us at support@evoclean.co.uk.

Children's Privacy

Paint Buddy is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy occasionally. Updates will appear in the app and on this page.
